  • Ekso Bionics Holdings Inc (NASDAQ: EKSO) dropped 21.6% to $4.06 after the company reported a $7.89 million registered direct offering priced at-the-market.
  • Yatra Online, Inc. (NASDAQ: YTRA) fell 19.3% to $1.21 as the company disclosed that it has terminated its merger agreement with Ebix and also filed a litigation over Ebix's alleged breach of terms of agreement.

  • Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Company (NASDAQ: HMHC) shares tumbled 11.1% to $2.4450 after gaining 27% on Friday.
  • Genius Brands International, Inc. (NASDAQ: GNUS) shares dropped 10.9% to $5.29. Genius Brands International, a children's media company,said Monday that recent short reports are full of "misleading statements, omissions of key facts, and red herrings."

  • Tetraphase Pharmaceuticals, Inc.(NASDAQ: TTPH) fell 6% to $2.31. Tetraphase Pharmaceuticals shares gained 15% on Friday after the company received FDA approval for its Supplemental New Drug Application for new strength of XERAVA for injection.
