  • Phathom Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: PHAT) dropped 12.6% to $40.25 as the company reported pricing of public offering of common stock.
  • Atossa Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATOS) shares fell 9.8% to $0.8659 after gaining around 10% on Wednesday. Atossa Therapeutics, last week, priced a $20 million underwritten public offering.
  • Qutoutiao Inc. (NASDAQ: QTT) fell 9.7% to $2.2582 following Q3 results.
