According to a newly filed 13F on Friday, Duquesne increased its Amazon stake by more than 1,000% to 541,600 shares and more than doubled its call options on the e-commerce giant.

The firm also initiated a 336,300-share position in Alphabet Class A and added call options on Meta Platforms, Inc. (NASDAQ:META) and Tesla Inc. (NASDAQ:TSLA).

Duquesne Dumps Broadcom, Intel and Micron

The portfolio overhaul was particularly notable across semiconductors.

Duquesne completely exited Broadcom Inc. (NASDAQ:AVGO), Intel Corp (NASDAQ:INTC) and Micron Technology Inc. (NASDAQ:MU), while initiating a new 72,900-share position in AMD.

The family office also increased its existing stake in Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (NYSE:TSM).

AI Infrastructure, Airlines Among New Bets

Druckenmiller also expanded into companies tied to data-center infrastructure, acquiring more than 4 million shares of Bitdeer Technologies Group (NASDAQ:BTDR) and initiating a 754,800-share position in Riot Platforms (NASDAQ:RIOT).

Duquesne opened a 603,000-share position in Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) and nearly tripled its United Airlines Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:UAL) stake to 794,795 shares.

The firm also established a roughly 2.8 million-share position in Fox Corp (NASDAQ:FOX) (NASDAQ:FOXA).

At the same time, Duquesne exited Cloudflare, Inc. (NYSE:NET) and MercadoLibre, Inc. (NASDAQ:MELI) and cut its Alcoa Corp. (NYSE:AA) and Arm Holdings PLC (NASDAQ:ARM) positions by more than 70%.
