Paul Tudor Turns Away Investors, To Limit Fund Size
The Hedge fund manager, Paul Tudor Jones, refused investments from potential investors as he decided to limit the fund size.
Bloomberg reported that Jones' biggest fund BVI Global Fund Ltd stopped taking investments after getting inflows of $1.3 billion from March to July. Industry research shows that smaller funds outperform large funds, partly because they are more agile in deploying cash.
