Value Line Asset Allocation Fund A (VLAAX) seeks to achieve a high total investment return (current income and capital appreciation) consistent with reasonable risk. It was incepted in August 1993.

The fund invests in a broad range of common stocks, bonds and money market instruments. These investments are in accordance with the fund's asset allocation strategy based primarily on data derived from proprietary computer models for the stock and bond markets which the adviser has developed.

The fund has an expense ratio of 1.19%. As of June 2009, it has a portfolio turnover of 20%.

Stephen E. Grant has been lead manager of the fund since August 1993. Grant is primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the Trust's equity portfolio.

Fidelity Asset Manager 70% (FASGX) seeks to maximize total return over the long term by allocating assets among stocks, bonds, short-term instruments and other investments. It was incepted in December 1991.

This domestic hybrid fund primarily invests in stocks. The management allocates the fund's assets among domestic and foreign stocks, bonds, and short-term and money market investments. The fund's investments will normally fluctuate around a neutral mix of 70% stocks (can range from 50-100%), 25% bonds (can range from 0-50%), and 5% short-term/money market (can range from 0-50%). The fund allocations are regularly reviewed and changes are made gradually to favor investments that it believes will provide the most favorable outlook for achieving the fund's objective.

Shareholders have to make a minimum initial investment of $2,500 to enter this Zacks #1 Rank ("Strong Buy") fund. The fund has an expense ratio of 0.90 %.

Geoffrey Stein has been lead manager of the fund since June 2009. Stein has served as director of the Portfolio Analysis Group of Fidelity Investments and has been with the firm since 1994.

Van Kampen Asset Alloc Growth A (VKAAX) seeks total return consistent with a low level of risk. The fund is non-diversified and was incepted in September 2006.

The fund invests primarily in Class I shares of other Van Kampen funds. It starts with an overall target asset allocation weighting 80% in equity and 20% in fixed-income securities. The fund may also invest up to 10% of total assets in unaffiliated exchange traded funds. It is non-diversified.

The fund has an expense ratio of 0.40%. As of September 2009, it has a portfolio turnover of 44%.

Mark Bavoso has been lead manager of the fund since September 2006. Bavoso has been associated with Morgan Stanley Investment Advisors or affiliates in an investment management capacity since March 1986.
