- T2 Biosystems, Inc. (NASDAQ:TTOO) fell 10.2 percent to $7.965 after the health care company that targets unmet needs received clearance from the FDA. The company said the FDA granted a market clearance for its T2Bacteria Panel for the direct detection of bacterial species in human whole blood specimens from patients with suspected bloodstream infections.

- Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. - Petrobras (NYSE:PBRA) fell 7.6 percent to $9.995.
- CVR Energy, Inc. (NYSE:CVI) shares slipped 7.2 percent to $40.4559. CVR Energy reported intention to commence an offering to exchange shares of CVR Energy for up to 37.15 million units of CVR Refining. The company also raised its quarterly dividend from $0.50 per share to $0.75 per share.
- Genesco Inc. (NYSE:GCO) fell 5.9 percent to $43.20. CL King downgraded Genesco from Buy to Neutral.
