Malwin Ventures Incorporated Obtains Canadian Rights to Wizard Water Saver
TILLAMAOOK, OREGON--(Marketwire - Sept. 9, 2009) - Malwin Ventures Incorporated (OTCBB:MLWN) is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with Water Savers Foundation of Minnesota (WSF) to obtain the exclusive rights to market and or distribute the "Wizard Water Saver" in Canada. WSF will supply Malwin with complete distribution support to effectively market the Wizard in Canada. The deal included a one time payment of $25,000 to secure the rights from WSF. Malwin also has the first right of refusal for additional capital funding of any territories in the United States, in amounts exceeding $50,000.
The Wizard Water Saver is an easy to install one step converter for a toilet that saves 33% to 52% of the water wasted after each flush. The kit will be sold to the mass market through hardware stores, big box stores and through online channels. The kit is priced at $14.95. It is designed as an inexpensive, durable and therefore long lasting kit that can cut the average water bill up to $240.00 per year.
