Next week, 95 companies - 19% of the S&P 500 - are set to release quarterly and yearly earnings reports, after the worst trading month since February of '09.

There are plenty of big hitters in this group. Exxon Mobil (NYSE: XOM) releases om Monday, with Cisco Systems (NASDAQ: CSCO), Pfizer (NYSE: PFE), and Time Warner (NYSE: TWX) following on Tuesday. Toyota (NYSE: TM), the company that has had all eyes on it recently for another round of reputation-killing recalls, releases its earnings report Thursday.

Investors always look forward to earnings reports, as they reveal quality information regarding the health and performance of a particular company over time.
