• Biohaven Ltd. BHVN shares jumped 24.6% to $21.99.
• Ramaco Resources, Inc. METC climbed 15.3% to $10.77.
• SoundHound AI, Inc. SOUN rose 15% to $1.84 after DA Davidson initiated coverage on the stock with a Buy rating and $5 price target.
• Warrior Met Coal, Inc. HCC climbed 10.5% to $51.93.
• Immunovant, Inc. IMVT gained 10.2% to $44.04 as the company reported a proposed offering of $300 million of common stock.
• PROS Holdings, Inc. PRO shares jumped 9.4% to $35.00. PROS Holdings is working with Qatalyst Partners to explore a sale, Reuters reported.
• Ginkgo Bioworks Holdings, Inc. DNA gained 8.4% to $1.8750 after the company announced a collaboration with Pfizer focused on the discovery of RNA-based drug candidates.
• Hayward Holdings, Inc. HAYW climbed 8.4% to $14.53 after it was announced the company will join the S&P SmallCap 600.
• Sea Limited SE climbed 8.2% to $43.43.
• TAL Education Group TAL rose 7.6% to $8.53.
• Opendoor Technologies Inc. OPEN gained 7.6% to $2.54.
• WW International, Inc. WW rose 7.2% to $11.03. Craig-Hallum upgraded WW International from Sell to Hold.
• IonQ, Inc. IONQ surged 7.2% to $14.05.
• Stevanato Group S.p.A. STVN gained 6.6% to $28.85. Stephens & Co. recently initiated coverage on Stevanato with an Overweight rating and announced a price target of $33.
• Peabody Energy Corporation BTU climbed 6.3% to $24.85.
• Mattel, Inc. MAT shares rose 4.6% to $22.19. Morgan Stanley initiated coverage on Mattel with an Overweight rating and announced a price target of $27.
