Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) users get ready for a sizable upgrade as the larger iPhone 16 Pro model, possibly dubbed as the iPhone 16 Ultra, could have a larger display size, leaving people to wonder if only Shaquille O’Neal can handle its one-handed usability.
The upcoming iPhone 16 Pro model is expected to feature a screen size of approximately 6.9 inches, accompanied by a notable expansion of its overall body, reported 9To5Mac, citing the CADs.

According to the CAD models, Apple plans to enhance the iPhone 16 Pro Max’s screen size while making minor adjustments to its physical dimensions as much as feasible.
Renowned analyst Ming-Chi Kuo and the consistently reliable Ross Young have also previously shared reports indicating that even the smaller variant of the upcoming iPhone 16 Pro will experience a size increase, with Young suggesting a screen size of approximately 6.3 inches.
This expanded display not only allows for a larger viewing area but also creates room for Apple to incorporate a periscope zoom lens in the smaller iPhone 16 Pro, a feature that regrettably won’t be present in the smaller iPhone 15 Pro released this year.
Why It’s Important: Although several credible sources have confirmed the inclusion of larger displays in the upcoming iPhone 16 Pro lineup, it is wise to approach any information with skepticism at this stage.
Meanwhile, with Apple’s annual WWDC just around the corner and the series expected to release in September later this year, all eyes are on the iPhone 15 lineup right now.
