U.S. stocks were higher, with the Dow Jones index gaining over 200 points on Monday.

Shares of fuboTV Inc. (NYSE:FUBO) rose sharply during Monday's session after the company announced it entered into a definitive agreement for Disney to combine its Hulu with Fubo to form a virtual MVPD company.

fuboTV shares jumped 140% to $3.4501 on Monday.

Vuzix Corporation (NASDAQ:VUZI) surged 21.4% to $5.33.

SolarEdge Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:SEDG) gained 18.3% to $18.08 after the company revealed plans for 2025 including layoffs of approximately 400 employees and other spending reduction measures.
Ceragon Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ:CRNT) rose 16.8% to $5.53.
LanzaTech Global, Inc. (NASDAQ:LNZA) gained 16% to $1.9500.
Quantum Computing Inc. (NASDAQ:QUBT) surged 14% to $19.96.
