Automobile Components Maker Fox Factory's Finance Chief Steps Down - Fox Factory Holding (NASDAQ:FOXF)

Fox Factory Holding Corp (NASDAQ:FOXF) said Scott R. Humphrey, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, will be leaving the company on April 14, 2023.
Humphrey’s separation is a termination without cause under the employment agreement.
Until April 14, 2023, Humphrey will continue to be the CFO and Treasurer and will be entitled to severance equal to twelve months of annual base salary.
The Board appointed Maggie Torres as the company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer and Interim Treasurer.
“Scott played a key role in aligning financial offices across the Company and building out a more comprehensive financial infrastructure,” said CEO Mike Dennison.
Price Action: FOXF shares closed higher by 0.40% at $122.69 on Tuesday.
