Two insiders of Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. (NASDAQ:DJT) sold large blocks of DJT shares last week, according to SEC filings. Here's a look at the details of the insider transactions.

Juhan still holds 220,577 shares of DJT, according to the filing, most of which are restricted stock units (RSUs) awarded to him on Nov. 5 that cannot be immediately sold.
One-quarter of Juhan’s restricted stock units became eligible for sale on Dec. 25, 2024, and the remaining shares will vest in quarterly installments through March 2027.
Eric Swider, TMTG director, sold 15,000 shares of DJT last week in transactions totaling nearly $300,000, according to his Form 4 filing. The filing also shows that on Feb. 25, 2025 18,043 Trump Media shares were transferred to Swider from Renatus LLC, a company he controls.
Swider still owns 28,989 shares of Trump Media, some of which are restricted stock units that will vest according to the same schedule as Juhan's RSUs.
What Else: Trump Media & Technology shares have fallen nearly 50% since President Donald Trump returned to the White House. inauguration. On Jan. 17, 2025, the last trading day before Trump's inauguration, the stock closed at $40.03.
The company, which is the parent of Trump’s Truth Social platform, will likely release its fourth-quarter results sometime in March, though an exact date has not been confirmed by the company.
DJT Price Action: According to data from Benzinga Pro, Trump Media & Technology Group shares were up 2.18% at $20.65 heading into Monday's closing bell.
