Pfizer Inc. (NYSE:PFE) shares are unchanged at $31.31 in Tuesday's session. The Street does not seem to be concerned over its Q4 EPS miss of $0.03 along with a small revenue miss.

After a lower open, it quickly found support in a familiar area. In three of its last five sessions, it found support between $30.90 and $31.10. The current low comes in just above the lower-end of that range at $30.93.

Since making that low, it has surpassed Monday's close and had a brief spike to $31.75 but could not hold that area. Ahead of the report, the issue has posted four consecutive closes in a narrow range from $31.28 to $31.42.
