Benzinga's Top Technology Gainers (CPWR, MSFT, POWI, DELL)
Compuware Corporation (NASDAQ: CPWR) moved up strongly and surged 16% to $8.25 after hit a new 52-week high of $8.95 after it reports Q2 EPS of $0.12, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter was $217.9 million, which compares to the estimate of $201 million.
Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT) jumped up 7.48% to $28.58 after it reports Q1 EPS of $0.40 compared to the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter was $12.9 billion, way ahead of analyst estimate of $12.32 billion.
Power Integrations, Inc. (NASDAQ: POWI) climbed 10% to $35.71 after POWI’s net income rose to $9.2 million, or 32 cents per share, from $7.6 million, or 23 cents per share, a year ago. Revenue rose 12 percent to $60 million, while operating expenses fell 12 percent to $18 million.
Dell Inc. (NASDAQ: DELL) is also moving up after this morning MSFT surprised the street. DELL is now up 3% at $15.90.
