What happened: A report from DigiTimes suggests an asking price ranging from $1,099 to $1,199 for the iPhone 15 Pro. If you’re craving the even more premium iPhone 15 Pro Max, you might have to shell out somewhere between $1,199 to $1,299.

The flagship iPhone 14 Pro debuted at $999 in the U.S. and seems like it’s about to be overshadowed. Its upgraded sibling is ready to step into the limelight – the iPhone 15 Pro, with a minimum $100 increase in the base variant.
But here’s the twist: This potential price uptick might be a curveball for Apple’s sales. Projections show the tech giant might drop to around 77 million units in 2023, a slide from the originally anticipated 83 million.
