UBS raised the price target for Illinois Tool Works Inc. (NYSE:ITW) from $213 to $245. UBS analyst Steven Fisher maintained a Neutral rating. Illinois Tool Works shares fell 0.2% to $236.37 in pre-market trading.
Oppenheimer raised the price target for RXO, Inc. (NYSE:RXO) from $21 to $24. Oppenheimer analyst Scott Schneeberger maintained an Outperform rating. RXO shares rose 2.1% to $22.44 in pre-market trading.
Cowen & Co. boosted the price target for Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:MPWR) from $490 to $550. Cowen & Co. analyst Matthew Ramsay maintained an Outperform rating. Monolithic Power shares fell 1% to close at $463.00 on Wednesday.

Morgan Stanley cut Lincoln National Corporation (NYSE:LNC) price target from $40 to $38. Morgan Stanley analyst Nigel Dally maintained an Equal-Weight rating. Lincoln National shares fell 4.1% to $33.90 in pre-market trading.
Canaccord Genuity boosted New Relic, Inc. (NYSE:NEWR) price target from $74 to $88. Canaccord Genuity analyst Kingsley Crane maintained a Buy rating. New Relic shares rose 2% to $78.00 in pre-market trading.
Loop Capital raised Kennametal Inc. (NYSE:KMT) price target from $22 to $28. Loop Capital analyst Chris Dankert maintained a Hold rating. Kennametal shares gained 0.1% to close at $29.10 on Wednesday.
Baird boosted Cerence Inc. (NASDAQ:CRNC) price target from $23 to $30. Baird analyst Luke Junk maintained a Neutral rating. Cerence shares rose 4.8% to $30.30 in pre-market trading.
Canaccord Genuity cut Rapid7, Inc. (NASDAQ:RPD) price target from $55 to $52. Canaccord Genuity analyst Michael Walkley downgraded the stock from Buy to Hold. Rapid7 shares dropped 6.7% to $48.00 in pre-market trading.
