Generac Grid Services Bags Multi-Year Contract From Arizona Public Service

Generac Holdings Inc. GNRC subsidiary Generac Grid Services has secured a multi-year contract from Arizona Public Service (APS) to deliver additional grid capacity from residential battery storage systems.
The agreement leverages Generac Grid Services' Concerto distributed energy resource management system (DERMS) to provide the requested capacity and advanced grid services (AGS).
Generac Grid Services will begin to aggregate residential energy from Generac PWRcell batteries over a 5-year term, beginning in January 2023.
Generac Grid Services will leverage its dealer network to identify and recruit residential customers to participate in the DDSR Aggregation Tariff.
Price Action: GNRC shares are trading lower by 1.55% at $267.96 on the last check Tuesday.
