Summary

Affiliated Managers Group reported record economic earnings per share of $26.05 for 2025, a 22% increase year-over-year, driven by strong organic growth and capital allocation strategy.

The company saw $29 billion in annual net client cash flows, the highest since 2013, and a significant increase in alternative assets under management by 35%, fueled by new affiliate investments and net inflows.

Strategic initiatives included partnerships and investments in private markets and liquid alternatives, such as Northbridge, Varician, Montefiore, Qualitas Energy, and a collaboration with Brown Brothers Harriman.

The company repurchased approximately $700 million of shares and plans to continue repurchasing shares in 2026, further enhancing shareholder value.

Looking ahead, Affiliated Managers Group anticipates further growth in alternatives, particularly from affiliates AQR and Pantheon, and expects 2026 to be a strong year with significant momentum in the wealth market.
