• Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc. WH gained 11.2% to $76.83 after Choice Hotels proposed to acquire the company for $90.00 per share, payable in a mix of cash and stock.
• Cassava Sciences, Inc. SAVA rose 10.4% to $13.97.
• V.F. Corporation VFC rose 13.4% to $18.37. Engaged Capital has built a big stake in VF Corp, according to The Wall Street Journal.
• Cytek Biosciences, Inc. CTKB climbed 8.6% to $5.24.
