Lean Hogs Mostly Lower

Lean Hogs Futures ended Tuesday's choppy trading session mostly lower. April Hogs settled at 61.77, down 0.42. June Hogs settled at 75.80, down 0.45. July Hogs settled at 76.70, up 0.15. Market chatter about weak cash markets pressured hogs after an early rally. Tuesday's USDA hog slaughter was 434,000 head versus a year ago at 416,000 head.
