Recently-listed ATS Corp (NYSE:ATS) disclosed the acquisition of Odyssey Validation Consultants Limited for an undisclosed amount.

Last week, the company bought a Belgium-based provider of AI and machine learning (ML)-based tools for industrial production for undisclosed terms.
