Sony Group Corp SONY is currently offering a significant discount on the PlayStation 5 (PS5) console, reducing its price by $50 and making it available for $450.

This deal is available at various retailers, including Amazon.com, Inc. AMZN, Best Buy Co Inc BBY, Walmart Inc WMT and GameStop Corp GME, as reported by IGN.

Moreover, bundles of the PS5 console with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 or Final Fantasy XVI are also discounted.

In addition to the console deals, customers can save between $20 and $25 on any standard color of the PS5 DualSense Controller, with all colors available for $49.99.

Furthermore, the PlayStation Pulse 3D Wireless Headset is available at 30% off at $70.

Many first-party PlayStation 5 games have also been discounted, offering substantial savings compared to their original $70 price.

Some of the titles available at a lower price are Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales Ultimate Edition, God of War Ragnarok, The Last of Us Part I and Horizon Forbidden West, among others.

This news comes after the console underwent a price reduction in Europe last week, and after Microsoft Corp.'s MSFT Xbox Series X got a 10% discount as part of Dell Technologies Inc's DELL Black Friday in July sale.
