Analysts expect American Express Company AXP to post quarterly earnings at $1.28 per share on revenue of $7.73 billion after the closing bell. American Express shares dropped 1.15 percent to close at $75.79 on Tuesday.
Yahoo! Inc. YHOO reported better-than-expected earnings for its first quarter. The company also disclosed that it expects the Verizon deal to close in June. Yahoo! shares rose 0.32 percent to $47.71 in the after-hours trading session.
Before the markets open, U.S. Bancorp USB is estimated to report quarterly earnings at $0.80 per share on revenue of $5.29 billion. U.S. Bancorp shares declined 0.64 percent to $49.48 in after-hours trading.
Analysts are expecting eBay Inc EBAY to have earned $0.48 per share on revenue of $2.21 billion in the latest quarter. eBay will release earnings after the markets close. eBay shares rose 0.24 percent to $34.10 in after-hours trading.

International Business Machines Corp. IBM posted upbeat earnings for its first quarter, while revenue missed expectations. IBM shares dropped 5.37 percent to $160.92 in the after-hours trading session.
Wall Street expects QUALCOMM, Inc. QCOM to post quarterly earnings at $1.20 per share on revenue of $5.91 billion after the closing bell. QUALCOMM shares gained 0.15 percent to $52.75 in after-hours trading.
After the markets close, CSX Corporation CSX is expected to post quarterly earnings at $0.42 per share on revenue of $2.76 billion. CSX shares gained 0.79 percent to $47.00 in after-hours trading.
Intuitive Surgical, Inc. ISRG reported stronger-than-expected earnings for its first quarter and raised its FY17 procedure growth forecast. Intuitive Surgical shares gained 3.87 percent to $788.75 in the after-hours trading session.
Analysts expect Morgan Stanley MS to report quarterly earnings at $0.88 per share on revenue of $9.28 billion before the opening bell. Morgan Stanley shares slipped 0.63 percent to $40.95 in after-hours trading.
