Argenx, Caribou Biosciences And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Thursday’s Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were lower this morning, with the Dow futures falling around 450 points on Thursday.

Shares of argenx SE – ADR (NASDAQ:ARGX) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company announced plans to discontinue Phase 3 UNITY study of efgartigimod subcutaneous in adults with moderate-to-severe Sjögren’s disease after IDMC recommended stopping for futility at interim analysis.

argenx shares dipped 8.7% to $847.72 in pre-market trading.

• Phreesia Inc (NYSE:PHR) dipped 7.4% to $9.73 in pre-market trading.
• Zevra Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:ZVRA) shares tumbled 5.8% to $10.44 in pre-market trading.
• Veeco Instruments Inc. (NASDAQ:VECO) dipped 5.2% to $50.73 in pre-market trading after falling around 4% on Wednesday.
• PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust (NYSE:PMT) declined 5.1% to $7.50 in pre-market trading.
• Immunovant Inc (NASDAQ:IMVT) fell 4.8% to $30.50 in pre-market trading. Immunovant recently announced topline results from Period 1 of its proof-of-concept trial evaluating IMVT-1402 did not achieve statistical significance on its primary endpoint.
• Cypherpunk Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:CYPH) declined 4.6% to $2.91 in pre-market trading after falling over 6% on Wednesday.
• STMicroelectronics N.V. (NYSE:STM) fell 4.5% to $53.62 in pre-market trading after dropping over 4% on Wednesday.
• Dauch Corp (NYSE:DCH) declined 4.5% to $5.53 in pre-market trading. UBS, on Wednesday, maintained Dauch with a Buy and lowered the price target from $9 to $8.
• WeRide Inc – ADR (NASDAQ:WRD) fell 4.4% to $4.74 in pre-market trading after declining 3% on Wednesday.
• Aclaris Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:ACRS) declined 4.4% to $3.25 in pre-market trading.

• Xerox Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ:XRX) declined 4.3% to $2.8797 in pre-market trading after adding around 3% on Wednesday.
• FTAI Aviation Ltd (NASDAQ:FTAI) fell 4.1% to $167.62 in pre-market trading. FTAI Aviation said it will announce its financial results for the third quarter before the opening bell on Thursday, Oct. 29.
• ArcelorMittal S.A. (NYSE:MT) slipped 4.1% to $59.77 in pre-market trading after dropping over 4% on Wednesday.
• GDS Holdings Ltd – ADR (NASDAQ:GDS) declined 4% to $30.38 in pre-market trading.  
• Caribou Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ:CRBU) fell 3.7% to $0.5944 in pre-market trading. HC Wainwright & Co. analyst Robert Burns downgraded Caribou Biosciences from Buy to Neutral.

• Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:TYL) fell 1.8% to $326.50 in pre-market trading. Goldman Sachs analyst Adam Hotchkiss downgraded Tyler Technologies from Buy to Neutral and cut the price target from $395 to $345.
