Asana, Enbridge And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Wednesday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures traded lower this morning on Wednesday. Here are some big stocks recording losses in today’s pre-market trading session.

  • Enbridge Inc. ENB shares dipped 8% to $32.47 in pre-market. Enbridge entered into three separate definitive agreements with Dominion Energy, Inc. to acquire EOG, Questar and PSNC for an aggregate purchase price of $14.0 billion.
  • Enel Chile S.A. ENIC shares fell 5.4% to $2.95 in pre-market trading after declining around 5% on Tuesday.
  • Hyzon Motors Inc. HYZN shares fell 4.2% to $1.30 in pre-market trading after gaining 6% on Tuesday.
  • Stem, Inc. STEM shares fell 3.4% to $4.84 in pre-market trading. Morgan Stanley downgraded Stem from Overweight to Equal-Weight and lowered the price target from $12 to $8.
  • 8x8, Inc. EGHT shares declined 3% to $2.91 in pre-market trading. 8x8 recently announced the 8x8 Omni Shield solution, allowing enterprises to proactively safeguard their customers from fraudulent SMS activity.
  • Asana, Inc. ASAN shares declined 2.5% to $21.10 in pre-market trading. Asana reported upbeat results for its second quarter. The company said it sees FY24 adjusted loss of 42 cents to 39 cents per share and revenues of $642 million to $648 million.
  • Telefónica, S.A. TEF shares declined 2.6% to $4.07 in pre-market trading. Saudi Telecom Co. bought a stake worth $2.25 billion in Telefónica.
  • Aehr Test Systems AEHR shares fell 2.6% to $50.06 in pre-market trading.
