Technology brings the world together and gives businesses opportunities never dreamed about before the invention of the digital sector. That advancement is excellent for companies and consumers alike, but it also means that people are busier because the online environment never sleeps. The only way to keep up the pace is to become more productive and efficient at work, home and play. You need real-life solutions that are easy to use and implement to answer everyday issues you face in your life.

APPlife Digital Solutions ALDS recognizes the struggles each person faces and is committed to finding and creating innovative products to help navigate life while maintaining a sustainable and profitable business. It invests in cloud-based solutions that use digital technology to make everyone’s existence easier and better, no matter what they want to accomplish.

Initial Funding Plans

At the beginning of July 2021, APPlife filed an SEC Form S-1 to raise capital to increase revenue from both its in-house business models, as well as from acquisitions, all of which will eventually lead to its goal of its stock being listed on the Nasdaq in late 2021. Using S-1 funds, the company plans to increase the marketing budget for its in-house projects; B2BCHX, Rooster Essentials and Office Hop.  These digital solutions are on brand, providing resolutions for people and businesses. For example, the B2BCHX  platform offers easy background checks on Chinese entities for companies around the world looking to reduce fraud in a business transaction with aChinese entity, an ecommerce solution for men’s grooming essentials, which is the fastest growing segment of the Health and Beauty sector, that delivers a selection of over 200 well curated products from over 80 brands straight to the customers door and Office Hop, a shared community platform for rental and hosting of shared and private offices, meeting rooms and creative spaces.

Plus, APPlife plans to make 1 or 2 strong revenue-producing acquisitions over the next 5 to 6 months to add revenue and strengthen daily operations with the company.

New APPlife Investments

Recognizing current and future potential in the hemp market, APPlife invested in Global Hemp Service LLC, which provides hemp essentials and various other hemp products, including paper and plastic goods, building materials and personal items, as well as carbon credit packages. Global Hemp Service will use APPlife’s proprietary e-commerce platform to market, distribute and sell its products. In exchange, APPLife collects 2.5% of its gross revenues and 15% of Global Hemp’s outstanding shares until the company reaches $500,000 in revenue. At this time, APPlife holds the exclusive right to buy another 36% of the equity for a set amount in cash and stock options, giving APPlife a 51% share.

Another business relationship for APPlife is with the Maxim Group LLC. Maxim has taken the financial advisor role and helps identify mergers and acquisitions targets with a goal to eventually up-list APPlife to Nasdaq. By working with Maxim, APPlife hopes to increase its market presence and provide strategic growth and value to its shareholders.

Making Acquisitions and Looking Forward

In this fast-paced world, it’s essential to find innovative solutions to address everyday problems while remaining productive and efficient. By using an experienced team of developers, managers and advisors, APPlife focuses on creating and developing businesses that not only meet those criteria but also produce the revenue and growth that makes them smart investment opportunities. That strategy is suitable for investors, shareholders and consumers worldwide.
