Adjusted net earnings for the fourth quarter of 2010 were $83.5 million, or 92 cents per diluted share, compared to $79.6 million, or 82 cents per diluted share in the fourth quarter of 2009, and, were higher primarily due to reduced interest expense and a lower share count.
