Ameresco, Inc. (NYSE:AMRC) announced today the start of an Energy Performance Contract (EPC) for the SFHA. Over a 20-year period, the $30 million comprehensive energy and water conservation project is expected to deliver annual savings of approximately $3.5 million. Earlier this year, Ameresco and the SFHA signed an $11.7 million contract for related energy infrastructure improvements funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
