(NASDAQ: AMAT) fell 2.30%.Direxion Daily China Bear 3x Shares ETF (NYSE: CZI) gained 5.91% as Baidu.com, Inc. (ADR) (NASDAQ: BIDU) dropped 3.32%, and SINA Corporation (USA) (NASDAQ: SINA) fell 11.28%.ProShares Ultra DJ-UBS Crude Oil (NYSE: UCO) traded higher today, along with crude oil futures. Crude oil jumped above $100 on the news that OPEC failed to reach consensus on increasing production. Additionally, US weekly report showed that inventory decreased last week. UCO jumped 3.96%, and closed at $48.59.VelocityShares Daily 2x VIX Short Term ETN (NYSE: TVIX) traded 3.59% higher today. It closed at $21.33, and it had a volume of 1.64M traded shares.
