On CNBC’s "Halftime Report Final Trades," Josh Brown of Ritholtz Wealth Management said Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. LYV, looks like it’s back on an uptrend.

Citigroup recently maintained Live Nation Entertainment with a Buy and raised the price target from $89 to $110.

Home Depot will reportedly settle a long-running lawsuit for underpaying workers in California by paying $72.5 million. The settlement proposal was filed in a San Francisco federal court and will need to be approved by a judge, reported Reuters.

Analysts have a consensus Outperform rating on HD, according to Benzinga's analyst ratings data.

Bryn Talkington of Requisite Capital Management said it’s a good time to buy Diamondback Energy, Inc. FANG at current levels.

Shares of energy stocks traded higher on Friday as oil rebounded following Thursday weakness.

Jim Lebenthal of Cerity Partners picked Transocean Ltd. RIG.

Citigroup upgraded Transocean from a Neutral rating to a Buy rating and raised the price target from $6.50 to $9.50. The company also announced that $172 million in options have been exercised.

Stephen Weiss of Short Hills Capital Partners named Meta Platforms, Inc. META as his final trade.

Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta Platforms recently launched Threads — a platform eerily similar to Elon Musk's Twitter — which boasts itself as a text-centric answer to Instagram.

Price Action: Meta shares fell 0.5% to settle at $290.53, while Transocean shares jumped 5.9% to close at $7.73 on Friday. Home Depot shares gained 0.3% to close at $302.81, while Diamondback Energy added 4.1% to settle at $132.40 during Friday’s session. Live Nation Entertainment shares rose 0.1% to settle at $91.76 on Friday.
