Snowflake, Hawaiian Electric Industries And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Tuesday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were higher this morning, with the Nasdaq futures gaining around 50 points on Tuesday.

Shares of Snowflake Inc. (NYSE:SNOW) fell in today's pre-market trading after the company announced a $2 billion private placement of senior convertible notes.

Snowflake announced it intends to offer $1 billion aggregate principal amount of its convertible senior notes due 2027 and a $1 billion aggregate principal amount of its convertible senior notes due 2029.

Snowflake shares fell 3.3% to $109.56 in pre-market trading.
