On
CNBC's Options Action, Mike Khouw spoke about bullish options activity in
NetApp Inc. (NASDAQ:
NTAP). He noticed that the call options volume on Thursday was 18 times higher than the average daily call options volume.
The most active options were the June 40 calls as more than 10,000 contracts were traded for $0.35. The break-even for this trade is at $40.35 or around 13.5 percent higher from the current price. Khouw believes that the stock is trading at a cheap valuation from a historical standpoint.
