Medical Marijuana was boosted by the Colorado voters passage of Amendment 64 amd Washington state voters passage of Initiative 502 legalizing marijuana for recreational use. In addition, Massachusetts voters approved medical marijuana use for certain conditions.

Medical Marijuana closed at $0.14 on Wednesday.


Shares of Amyris (NASDAQ: AMRS), the Emeryville, CA renewable products company, rose 4.25% Wednesday on 6 times average volume.

Amyris reported a narrower than expected loss Tuesday of $0.34 per share vs. $0.97 a year ago.

Amyris closed at $2.70 on Wednesday.

China Auto Logistics

Shares of China Auto Logistics (NASDAQ: CALI), the China-based seller of imported luxury vehicles, rose 82.93% Wednesday on 57 times average volume.

China Auto Logistics announced Wednesday receipt of a letter from The NASDAQ Stock Market notifying the Company that it has regained compliance with NASDAQ's minimum bid price continued listing requirement, as a result of the closing bid price of its common stock having been at or above the minimum requirement of $1.00 per share for at least 10 consecutive trading days.

China Auto Logistics closed at $2.25 on Wednesday.
