CR Beer, formerly known as China Resources Enterprise, is a subsidiary of China Resources Holdings. The company disposed of all of its nonbeer businesses in September 2015, and then became a pure beer player. In October 2016, the company completed the acquisition of the remaining 49% stake of China Resources Snow Breweries. Upon completion of this acquisition, CR Beer has a 100% stake in CR Snow.
