Shares of AudioCodes Ltd. AUDC fell sharply in today's pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected first-quarter financial results.

AudioCodes posted adjusted earnings of 17 cents per share, missing market estimates of 23 cents per share. The company's quarterly sales came in at $60.076 million versus expectations of $62.452 million, according to data from Benzinga Pro.
