J B Hunt Transport Reports Downbeat Earnings, Joins ASML And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Wednesday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were higher this morning, with the Dow futures gaining over 100 points on Wednesday.

Shares of J B Hunt Transport Services Inc JBHT fell sharply in today’s pre-market trading after the company missed first-quarter revenue and EPS estimates.

JB Hunt Transport posted quarterly earnings of $1.22 per share, missing analysts’ estimates of $1.52 per share. The company’s quarterly sales came in at $2.94 billion, missing expectations of $3.12 billion, according to data from Benzinga Pro.

J B Hunt Transport shares dipped 6% to $172.00 in pre-market trading.

  • Urban Outfitters, Inc. URBN declined 3.7% to $36.60 in pre-market trading.
  • Polestar Automotive Holding UK PLC PSNY shares fell 3.5% to $1.26 in pre-market trading.
  • Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. FSM fell 3.1% to $4.40 in pre-market trading.
