Volvo Cars Recalls 106,900 Vehicles Over Brake Fault: Report

Sweden-based Volvo Cars is recalling about 106,900 cars globally.
The carmaker suspects fault related to brakes in the models being recalled, Reuters reported.
The recall includes 2023 model of C40, XC40, S60, V60, XC60, V90 and XC90 vehicles.
Volvo Cars’ 2022 sales decreased 12% year-on-year due to challenges across the supply chain.
U.S. sales slumped 16.5%, while online sales grew 17%.
Volvo Cars is owned by Zhejiang Geely Holding (Geely Holding) of China. Volvo Cars formed part of the Swedish Volvo Group VLVLY until 1999.
