  • Oak Street Health, Inc. OSH shares gained 33.1% to $30.04 in pre-market trading. CVS Health Corp is in talks to buy Oak Street Health, Bloomberg News reported.
  • Frontline plc FRO gained 19.5% to $13.54 in pre-market trading. Frontline announced termination of combination agreement with Euronav.
