Twitter Users Face Outage On Website and App

Twitter Inc's TWTR website is down for thousands of users, according to the real-time problem and outage monitor Downdetector.com.
About 46% of website users reported problems, while 45% of app users did the same, according to Downdetector.
The problem seems to be with the users in the U.S. and some users in the U.K.

The outage started around 2:00 pm Eastern Time.
Twitter has not commented on the outage formally yet.
Price Action: TWTR shares are trading lower by 0.12% at $42.89 on the last check Tuesday.
