Tim Seymour said on CNBC's "Fast Money" that the energy sector is oversold, because crude oil is not going to trade down a lot. He would be a buyer of EOG Resources Inc (NYSE: EOG) and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: APC).

Steve Grasso said he closed his long positions in QUALCOMM, Inc. (NASDAQ: QCOM) and Snap Inc (NYSE: SNAP), and he is now a net seller of stocks.

Guy Adami is bullish on iShares NASDAQ Biotechnology Index (ETF) (NASDAQ: IBB), because it bounced off its support at $290. He also likes Tesla Inc (NASDAQ: TSLA), which traded more than 2.5 percent higher on a pretty weak tape.
