AT&T Inc. T, which closed Friday trading up 1.1 percent at $42.61, received an upgrade on Friday from Vetr top raters.

The new, three-star rating coincides with the Vetr crowd's slightly more bullish price target of $41.05, compared with Wall Street analyst projections of $39.93.
