NVR Unveils Another Model Townhome in NJ - Analyst Blog

Ryan Homes, a division of NVR, Inc. NVR, announced the opening of a new Wexford townhome model at the community of Villages at Parkers Mill. Located in Mount Holly, NJ, the townhomes are priced from upper $210,000s.

The Wexford model combines the comfort of a single family home with the benefits of townhome living. It offers ample living space, three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a kitchen with an upgradeable center island and double door pantry and a two-car garage. The owner's suite will have a large walk-in closet and a personal bath. The home also offers a second level laundry.

Other homes at Parkers Mill also offer ample living space with three bedrooms, two and a half baths and a two car drive way space. The residents will enjoy close proximity to cities such as Philadelphia, and New Jersey Turnpike in Burlington County.

Like all new homes in Parkers Mill these homes include Energy Star certified appliances. The homes carry 10-year structural warranties.
