Verint Systems Inc. (NASDAQ:VRNT) on Wednesday reported worse-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results and issued FY26 EPS guidance with its midpoint below estimates.
Verint Systems reported quarterly earnings of 99 cents per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $1.27 per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $253.55 million which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $276.99 million.
Verint shares dipped 11.6% to trade at $19.11 on Thursday.

- Needham analyst Joshua Reilly maintained Verint Systems with a Buy and lowered the price target from $40 to $30.
- Evercore ISI Group analyst Peter Levine maintained Verint with an In-Line rating and cut the price target from $34 to $23.
