Twitter Hits New All-Time Low By A Penny

Twitter Inc (NYSE: TWTR) shares were trading lower by $0.40 (3 percent) at $14 in Tuesday's session. It's trading lower for the fifth day in a row since it sharply reduced FY 2016 guidance on April 26.

Along with the lower closes, the issue also had four lower highs and four lower lows.

After a lower open, it couldn't retake Monday's close ($14.40), only reaching $14.25 before continuing lower. The ensuing decline led the issue to a new all-time low ($13.90) by a penny and is now attempting to reclaim the $14 handle.
