S&P 500 Index Futures Trading Higher

S&P 500 index futures are trading higher by nine points at 2068 in Monday's session. Off the open the index has found resistance just ahead of the premarket high (2066.50) at 2066. On the downside, it has found support just above Friday's close (2059) at 2059.50.

All but one of the top 10 components of the index are in green. The top loser is the index's biggest component, Apple Inc. AAPL, which is trading lower by $0.41 at $93.33.

Leading the way on the upside is Amazon.com, Inc. AMZN shares which are trading higher by $12 at $671.60.
