shares were trading lower by $0.40 (10 percent) at $4.18 in Thursday's session. There is no specific news out on the issue to explain the sharp decline in its share price. The issue, which began the year at $24.84 after shedding $5 in the month of December, hasn't been able to mount any kind of a recovery. After a flat open, the issue could not recapture Wednesday's close ($4.68), reaching $4.67 before eclipsing its former all-time low that was made on Wednesday at $4.51. So far, it has declined to $4.05 before rebounding to the $4.20. One possible reason for the precipitous decline in the issue may be the upcoming launch of Apple Watch and recent popularity of Fitbit as an alternative to the Weight Watchers program.
