Jenny Harrington of Gilman Hill Asset Management named New York Community Bancorp, Inc. NYCB, saying that after receiving approval from the OCC to merge with Flagstar Bancorp Inc FBC, the merger date has been extended until Dec. 31, as they are waiting for FRB approval.
