However, Santiment added that rising negativity may play a significant role in accelerating a market recovery.
Prominent technical analyst Kevin spotted a falling wedge pattern for Bitcoin, noting, "BTC is currently compressed between a ton of support and resistance and it&#8217;s gonna pop one way or the other within days."
The researcher pointed out that an upward breakout from this zone may propel the coin to $68,400, exceeding which could lead to price discovery. To the contrary, a breakout to the downside might see Bitcoin plummeting to $50,000–$52,000.

The videos contain content that has been deemed inappropriate by the Hong Kong government, reported Reuters.
The prohibited content includes a protest anthem called &#8220;Glory to Hong Kong,&#8221; which the court believes could be used by dissidents to incite secession.
YouTube expressed its disappointment with the court&#8217;s decision, stating that it could raise doubts about Hong Kong&#8217;s commitment to fostering a digital economy and maintaining a business-friendly environment. The company also mentioned that it is considering its options for an appeal.

While the joint statement, dated May 10, does not mention any specific threats or intelligence, it highlights the efforts by foreign terrorist organizations to commit or inspire violence against holiday celebrations, including Pride events or LGBTQ-related venues. This is further compounded by the current heightened threat environment in the United States and other western countries.
&#8220;We urge the public to stay vigilant and to promptly report suspicious activity to their local law enforcement,&#8221; said a DHS official, according to the report.
The alert also points out that these foreign groups and their supporters have previously promoted anti-LGBTQ rhetoric and targeted LGBTQ-related events or venues for attacks. &#8220;We continue to work with our partners to evaluate the threat environment, provide updates to the American public, and protect our homeland,&#8221; a DHS official told USA Today.

The airlines are contesting the new rule, arguing that revealing extra fees before ticket purchase will &#8220;greatly confuse consumers&#8221; and &#8220;complicate the buying process.&#8221;
Buttigieg, however, expressed astonishment at the lawsuit, stating, &#8220;We just issued a rule requiring airlines to inform you, before you buy a ticket, of fees they will charge you. Now, the airline lobby is suing us, saying that if you have the right to that information it will ‘confuse' you. For once, I am speechless."
The Department of Transportation has pledged to &#8220;vigorously defend&#8221; the rule, which is intended to protect consumers from &#8220;hidden junk fees&#8221; and ensure full price transparency before ticket purchase.
The Biden administration finalized the rule last month, with Buttigieg asserting that it will save passengers over half a billion dollars a year in unnecessary or unexpected fees.

California-based Ispire Technology (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ISPR#NASDAQ">ISPR</a>), innovator in vaping technology and precision dosing, reported a $5.9 million net loss for the third fiscal quarter as the company&#8217;s losses continue to trend upwards. 
Michael Wang, Ispire's co-CEO said the company&#8217;s new business partnerships solidified during the recent quarter, which he expected would help propel Ispire into profitable territory.
&#8220;The third quarter was important for Ispire as it demonstrated our continued ability to add new strategic partners and expand within existing market sectors as we execute on our mission to be an innovator and a leader in our markets," Wang <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/ISPR">said</a>. 
<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Fiscal Third Quarter 2024 Financial Results</h2>

"These partnerships will allow us to continue to expand our market share as we offer our cutting-edge products and technology globally.&#8221;
As of March 31, 2024, Ispire had approximately $39.5 million in cash and cash equivalents. As of March 31, 2024, and June 30, 2023, the company had working capital of $28.9 million and $28.8 million respectively.
&#8220;Also during the quarter, we successfully closed on a $12.3 million public offering.  This additional capital will allow us to help fund our joint venture with our partners and also ramp up our operations at our Malaysian manufacturing facility. Former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen resumed his testimony Tuesday as a key witness in the hush money criminal trial against former President Donald Trump, alleging falsified business records<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/politics/24/04/38251447/trump-hush-money-trial-preview-key-witnesses-2024-campaign-impact-prison-time-trump-could-face-i"> by the former president.</a>
What Happened: Cohen's testimony<a href="https://www.benzinga.com/general/politics/24/05/38803382/trumps-erstwhile-lawyer-testifies-to-former-presidents-involvement-in-hush-money-payment-dont-wo"> again connected payments</a> he helped facilitate between Trump to several parties to keep their silence, similar to his Monday testimony.
The former Trump lawyer admitted multiple times Tuesday to lying to help protect the former president, <a href="https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/donald-trump/live-blog/trump-hush-money-trial-day-17-michael-cohen-live-updates-rcna151899">according </a>to NBC News.
"Out of loyalty and to protect him," Cohen said when asked about continuing to lie for him.
Cohen admitted in court that a statement previously made about using his own personal funds to pay adult actress Stormy Daniels was "misleading."
"While crafting the statement, we elected to state neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign was party to the transaction. That's a true statement. But it's misleading. It was neither the Trump Organization or the Trump campaign, it was Donald J. Trump himself."
Cohen said he doesn't regret working for the Trump Organization but has some regrets about the work he did.
"I regret doing things for him that I should not have. Lying, bullying people to effectuate the goal. I violated my moral compass and I suffered the penalty, as has my family."
Cohen said he paid $130,000 to Daniels under Trump's direction.
"To ensure that the story would not come out, would not affect Mr. Trump's chances of becoming president of the United States."
Cross-examination of Cohen by Trump's lawyers began Tuesday with questions and testimony attempting to paint the former lawyer as a liar and untrustworthy according to NBC News.
Trump's lawyers also pressed Cohen on his past admiration of the former president.
"I don't know if I would characterize the word obsessed. I admired him tremendously."
Cohen said that in 2015 when he made comments about Trump being a good person he was "knee-deep into the cult of Donald Trump."
The former Trump lawyer said he wanted to see accountability in the trial and answered "sure" if he wanted to see Trump convicted in the case.

Why It's Important: Cohen is the last witness from the prosecution based on comments Tuesday. The prosecution could rest in the trial as early as Thursday.
The defense has not committed to calling any witnesses in the trial, including whether Trump himself will take the stand.
Trump speaking to reporters after Tuesday's daily testimony wrapped, said the gag order placed on him by Judge Juan Merchan was unconstitutional.
"This should never happen to another candidate or another person," Trump said.
The former president said Tuesday was "a very good day in court."
Trump was joined in court by several allies including Congress members, former presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy and <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/markets/cryptocurrency/24/05/38739470/trumps-next-vice-president-doug-burgum-could-go-from-1-republican-voter-support-to-white-h">potential vice-presidential candidate </a>Doug Burgum. Trump was also joined in court by his son Eric Trump and his wife Lara Trump, who is now a co-chair of the Republican National Committee. &nbsp;
Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-La.) also attended Tuesday's trial and called the events "politically motivated."
"The judicial system in our country has been weaponized against President Trump," Johnson said. "The system is using all the tools at its disposal right now to punish one president and provide cover for another."
