With over 19 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Benevich implemented many strategies to improve the overall loan process for her clients while she was at her previous company, Thrive Mortgage. Locally known, Benevich has spent most of her career in either Houston, Spring, Katy, or The Woodlands, TX. One could say she is a true native!

Joining her is husband and business partner, Ivan Benevich, Branch Manager, who oversees all production and manages the branch, and Mario Campo, Loan Partner, who prepares our upfront originations and coordinates the loan process with our clients and referral partners.
